Obtención de películas delgadas de TiO2 con nanoprismas de plata

En el presente trabajo se reporta la obtención de películas delgadas de TiO2 con nanoprismas de plata, las cuales se obtuvieron mediante una deposición de TiO2 por baño químico en medio ácido, y posteriormente se depositaron los nanoprismas de plata sobre la película de TiO2 por el mismo método. Dichos nanoprismas se obtuvieron por fotoconversión de nanoesferas de plata sintetizadas por la reducción de AgNO3 con NaBH4. Además se presenta una comparación de la actividad fotocatalítica frente a una solución de azul de metileno de 20 mg/L de las tres películas obtenidas TiO2, TiO2-Ag nanoesferas y TiO2-Ag nanoprismas, mostrando degradaciones del 26%, 20% y 24% respectivamente.
